The kit includes the frame and rafters – the ground needs to be level and the posts will need to be secured to the ground Lead time for Oak buildings is 25 working days Please note You may notice some warping and splitting in the posts, but this is natural behaviour for timber and should go away with time. All green oak and treated softwood is a planed all round finish
